The FAQ

Does my dog have to be off lead?

No. Not necessarily however this is something we can address and discuss in the consultation call prior to your shoot.

If your dog has poor recall or is fearful of other dogs we will certainly consider a quieter location or time for your session.

If you choose to keep your dog's collar and lead on these will not be edited out automatically and an additional fee may apply.

I have more than two dogs. Can they all be included in the session?

My sessions includes up to two dogs. Any extra dogs (max 4) can come along for an additional $100. This accounts for the extra time I spend shooting and editing plus the use of an assistant that may be required to help handle multiple dogs during a session.

Do you Travel?

I sure do! Travel within 25km of Maroochydore is included in the package prices. Anything further will incur an additional fee. Please enquire & I will be happy to quote you.
For my Victorian sessions travel within 25km of Geelong & Mornington is included.

How many photos do we get?

It depends on the package you have chosen. My smallest package includes 15 images and my largest includes the whole gallery. Check the 'Pricing' tab for more information.

How do we get our photos?

Within 14 days of your session you will be notified that your gallery slideshow is ready for viewing. Once you watch your slideshow you have 24 hours to choose which collection you'd like to purchase. Once you select your collection & pay for it you will then have access to your gallery for 30 days. During this 30 days you get to download your selected images and use your print credit in the online store to put towards any print or products of your choosing. I will provide more information regarding this in your preparation guide upon booking.

Whats your turn around time?

I will always send you a sneak peek within a few days of your session as I know how eager you will be to see them! I then aim to have the full gallery to you within 14 days. Your products will be ordered directly to the printer via the online store and will be sent straight out to you. Wait times vary dependent of products ordered.

How do we book you?

Use the 'Contact' page to either request a phone conversation with me or to let me know you're ready to book.

I will then send through a booking link which will take you through the whole process including the contract, payment link for the creative fee and your client questionnaire.

If you can't find a suitable time please reach out via the contact form or message me on Instagram and we can discuss an alternate time.

Can you help us with planning?

Yes Absolutely! Upon booking you will receive a Preparation Guide and links to my favourite locations. Prior to your shoot I will reach out and offer a phone consultation. This is an opportunity for us to discuss your shoot locations and address any concerns or queries you may have. Alternatively I'm happy to converse via email. The choice is yours!

How far out do you book?

I book three months out so please make contact as soon as you know you're interested in a shoot.

If you are in Victoria I can give you a rough estimate on when I'll be travelling there.

Can we bring extended family to our shoot?

Yes you can! However please know that my sessions are about your fur baby and he/she will be the focus of the session. Immediate fur family is included in the package. Meaning the family you live with. If you would like to bring extended family that have a special bond with your fur baby, please let me know. An additional fee may apply.

What should we wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in but also something that makes you feel great is my answer!

However neutral or earthy colours work well with my editing style. Some samples of styling is also provided in the Preparation Guide you'll receive upon booking.
