There’s no rush, no pressure, and no forced poses. We simply move at your dog’s pace, giving their personality room to shine and your bond space to show itself.
Whether your pup is bouncy, shy, in their golden years, or anywhere in between, I bring patience, empathy, and understanding to every session.

So how does it all work? Here's what you can expect when we create together.
What to Expect
Step 1: Designing Your Session
We’ll start with a relaxed chat — about your dog, your family, and what matters most to you. This is where I get to know your story, your dog’s quirks, and the kind of memories you’d love to hold onto.
Step 2: Creating Your Story
On the day, we move at your dog’s pace. Whether that means zoomies at the park, cuddles on the couch, or a quiet wander by the water, there’s no pressure and no forced poses. You simply enjoy the time together while I capture the moments as they unfold.
Step 3: Artwork Selection & Design
This is the emotional part (tissues optional!). You’ll see your photos for the first time, and together we’ll design artwork that feels right for your home, whether it’s a statement piece on the wall or an album you’ll treasure forever.
Step 4: bringing your memories home
Your finished pieces arrive ready to enjoy, tangible reminders of your dog’s love that will live on long after paw prints fade from the floor.

At The Furry Folk, there's just one session I offer:
The Signature Session.
It’s personal, flexible, and always designed to celebrate the unique bond you share with your dog. Together, we’ll shape it around the moments that mean the most to you.
That might look like:
Storytelling at Home capturing the everyday magic where life happens
Adventure Together exploring the great outdoors with your best mate
Start of Life celebrating the joy (and chaos) of a new puppy
Celebration of Life honouring a beloved senior or end-of-life journey
Motherhood & Maternity including your pup as family grows
However it looks, your session will be relaxed, heartfelt, and true to your story.
Because no two families are the same.
And no love ever is, either.

HOW DO WE GET STARTED?

Start by filling in the contact form and I’ll send you a link to book a relaxed chat (phone or video) so we can see if we’re the right fit.
You’ll also receive my full price guide to look through, and I’ll let you know my first available booking in your area.
To secure your date, you’ll simply sign some paperwork and pay the $195 session fee.
session day
Once you’re booked in, I’ll send you a prep guide with tips to help you feel ready.
A week before your session, we’ll have a planning call to chat through location options, outfit ideas, and anything special you’d like included.
On the day itself, there’s no pressure. I’ll gently guide you with prompts and activities, but mostly it’s about enjoying time with your dog while I capture the moments as they unfold.
your artwork reveal
Within three weeks of your session, we’ll meet online for your personalised viewing and design appointment.
This is a relaxed, heartfelt moment where you’ll see your images for the first time (tissues often required!). Together, we’ll choose the artwork that speaks to your heart whether that’s a statement wall piece, a timeless album, or keepsakes you can hold close.
Payment is finalised at the end of this appointment, and your heirloom artwork is then lovingly created.
